I was bad yesterday. I ran to the store after thinking about it all night long...and I went and dropped $$ on a Canon Rebel XT Digital SLR camera from Arlington Camera.
I was giggling all the way home. it's so nice. it's so awesome. I have to sell my other cameras to off set the cost...but that's ok. :) i wanted to sell them anyway. sigh. can you tell i have problems??/ my primary camera since April was a Canon powershot Pro1, 8mp...blah blah blah. I used 5 skeins of Heirloom Breeze. That stuff was SOOO nice to knit with.

Well, remember that baby bolero? I finally gave it to the girl I wanted to give it to....3 months late for her bday. her mom LOVED it. i was so happy. it looked so cute on her.
It's a little large...but by the time winter rolls around...it'll be perfect.
I'm still working on that chips scarf. it's not fun for me for some reason. booo.
Over the last 2 weeks, i found out that 3 more of my friends are pregnant...or due sooner than i was originally told. Close friends...not just acquaintences. So it does require a handmade gift. ;) i'm working on a round baby blanket for my friend who is due in Sept. I originally thought she was due in jan..i was misinformed. i saw her this weekend at a wedding i was at and i said "OMG!! you aren't due in JANUARY!!!" hahahaah. that baby is almost done baking! tee-hee.
so i started the baby blanket today....i'm making it out of Heirloom Breeze in yellow b/c we don't know the sex of the baby. gonna be a surprise until he or she is born.
hehehehe. i'm liking it...and the Breeze is so nice to knit. :)
And i got a new addition to my family:
I got it yesterday. STill cooking up a name for it. hahaha. but i'm happy with it. my old car is still sitting here...and i'm still mourning it. but it's all good. my back is hurting me today....welll, my neck specifically. i think i slept funny last night. sigh. it's like never ending!

Unknown|W|P|I have a Rav4 also and have been hit from behind. It was a small hit - but with that kind of damage it must have hurt! Luckily I wasn't but - it's interesting to know what my car could have looked like! Best wishes for you to recover from this! I like your new car!
